Wisdom Of Qurban

Qurban or sacrifice (قربن Arabic), also called Udhhiyah or Dhahiyyah literally slaughtered animals. Meanwhile, Qurban ritual is one of the worship rituals of Islamic religion, which made the slaughter of cattle to offer to God. The majority of scholars, Tabi'in, tabiut Tabi'in, and jurists (fiqh expert) stated that the law is the Sunnah qurban muakkadah (main), and no one has declared compulsory, except Abu Hanifah (Tabi'in). Ibn Hazm said: "There was a companion of the Prophet which states that it shall qurban.
Terms and conditions of the division of the sacrificial meat is as follows:
• The person must be able to provide the sacrifice of animals slaughtered halal way without debt.
• Sacrifice should animals such as camels, cows, goats, or sheep.
• Animals will be slaughtered no defects, no blind, no limp, no pain, and the ears and tail must be intact.
• Animal sacrifice was old enough, the 5-year-old camel or more, a cow or buffalo has been 2 years old, and the sheep or goats older than 1 year.
• The person performing the sacrifice should be independent (not slaves), baligh, and ingenious.
• Meat sacrificial animals divided by three, 1 / 3 to be eaten by a sacrifice, 1 / 3 wherewithal, and 1 / 3 part gift to someone else.
